Furthermore it implies that Belizeans are gifted with limitless potential to boost their own development, and should be provided with opportunities to realize this potential. Through education and the reshaping of their immediate environment, Belizeans shall be empowered to improve their lives, the lives of their children and their communities for generations to come.
